Crafted for our 3rd Anniversary, Shadows of the Night embraces the darkness with layers of chocolate, vanilla, and oak wrapped in smooth bourbon warmth. Just like the song it draws its name from, this bold stout reminds us to let the shadows fall away and celebrate the night.

If Cher Horowitz was hanging on our patio this summer, we're 100% sure she'd be drinking Total Betty. Passionfruit, peach, strawberry and orange combine for the prettiest pink drink you've ever seen. Seltzer from a can? Ugh, as if!

Here it is, our ode to the Town of Lancaster! Cheers to the town and the folks that have welcomed us with open arms and continue to support us everyday. Brewed with authentic european pilsner malt for that well balanced clean and crisp lager profile.

A balanced pale ale with a hint of melon on the nose which gives way to a resinous and pine flavor. Hail to the Pale is our celebration of one of the gateway craft beers.

If there’s ever been a beer that’s evoked “Home Sweet Home,” it’s got to be this classic Amber. The sweet, slightly nutty aroma, the flavors of fresh baked bread, toasted caramel, and a hint of toffee-it’s giving bread pudding.

A favorite from last fall has made it back. Trunk Sugar is a big brown ale conditioned on loads of apple pie spice and puree. Tastes like grandma made it herself!

Brewed in collaboration with 26 Shirts and Stony Brook Legendary Lights, this holiday ale embodies Buffalo’s festive spirit with rich malt flavor, warm spice, and a hint of caramel sweetness. A portion of proceeds supports Sleep in Heavenly Peace, helping ensure every child has a bed to call their own—because no one should have to sleep on the floor, even if the RV’s full.

Mutiny Red Ale tips its hat to Ireland’s rebellious maritime past—echoing the legend of St. Patrick, who was kidnapped by Irish pirates as a teenager before returning to shape the nation’s history. Rooted in the tradition of classic Irish red ales, Mutiny is smooth and malt-forward with notes of toasted caramel, balanced by a clean finish and a subtle crispness that keeps each sip refreshing.

We’ve brought a balanced mix of bitterness and citrus to this beer. Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe combine to create the piney and citrusy character.
