We’ve been dreaming of beaches and warm weather so much that we decided to brew a typically summer weather offering with a bit of a Mexican flair. Don’t let the name fool you-this is all traditional hefeweizen. Strong sweet notes of clove and banana will help pull you out of the cold weather doldrums.

Just a Cip is a crisp, cold-fermented IPA loaded with Simcoe and Citra for bright citrus, pine, and subtle stone-fruit notes. Clean, Refreshing, and hop-forward, it's a fitting tribute to our bar lead, Mike -proof that sometimes all you need is "just a cip".

Brewed in collaboration with 26 Shirts and Stony Brook Legendary Lights, this holiday ale embodies Buffalo’s festive spirit with rich malt flavor, warm spice, and a hint of caramel sweetness. A portion of proceeds supports Sleep in Heavenly Peace, helping ensure every child has a bed to call their own—because no one should have to sleep on the floor, even if the RV’s full.

The sequel to last year’s Peregrination, this version is slightly darker and more mature, as its namesake suggests. Heavily aged in dark rum barrels for 10 months, no adjuncts were needed to bring out the sticky toffee notes and chocolate accents (contains lactose)
