Welcome to Brazen Brewing in Lancaster — where family, craft, and community come together.
Owned and operated by Drew and Ashleigh Schaub, Brazen is a family-built brewery rooted in Buffalo pride. You’ll often find one of us behind the bar or in the brewhouse, because this isn’t just our business — it’s our second home.
We built Brazen to be the kind of place we love: welcoming, relaxed, and centered on great beer. Our 7-barrel brewhouse, keeps our 24 taps rotating with fresh, small-batch brews — creative, ever-changing, and community-inspired.

To share our passion for craft beer, connect guests to the brewing process, and give back to the community that raised us.
Our Story
What began as driveway homebrews and dreams became reality in 2022. Inspired by breweries across the country that blended beer, people, and place, we set out to create our own community hub. After finding our home on Genesee Street in Lancaster and spending countless hours on design, permits, and construction, Brazen Brewing opened its doors on August 31, 2022.
From backyard beginnings to a local taproom, we’re proud to share a pint — and our story — with you.
