TOUR BUS/LIMO POLICY

we love that you want to visit us in a responsible manner.  we at brazen focus on providing a safe, memorable and pleasurable experience for all our guests who visit us.  in order to best accommodate everyone we have some guidelines for those visiting us in groups on hired carriers.  please take a look below.

we require that you call us (716-288-7775) at least 24 hrs prior to arrival with a head count, planned time of arrival and provide a main contact.  if no answer leave a message and we’ll call you back during our normal business hours. unregistered or same day groups will be allowed at the discretion of management.

registration of your group is not a reservation for a tour, tasting, dining reservation or a guaranteed space.  seating at the bar is first come first serve.  The taproom dining area is managed like any other restaurant where there may be a wait.

we ask you to schedule us  earlier on your tour (first or second stop).  intoxicated guests will not be admitted into the building regardless of registration.

no outside beverages or food of any kind are allowed. This includes packaged food and coolers.

please act respectfully when you arrive at our tap Room.  Anyone creating a nuisance may be asked to leave.

Everyone wishing to purchase alcohol must be at least 21 years old or older and have a valid form of photo identification. 

It is NYS law that anyone observed demonstrating obvious signs of intoxication to be denied service of alcohol for the remainder of the day. this is even if you are not operating a motor vehicle to get home. If a separate individual provides alcohol to the intoxicated individual, the alcoholic beverage will be disposed of and may result in all involved parties being asked to leave the tap room.
